Final Green Team Post - Green Team Application Question Re-Write

1.       Why would you like to participate in the Green Team program?

      My participation in Green Team is necessary for me to continue to improve my productivity and relationships. I would like to participate in Green Team so that I may build off my foundational understanding of CAI in order to improve my interactions internally and externally (increasing repertoire within CAI).

Improving my knowledge of CAI’s offerings, methodologies, and culture is my main reason for participating within the Green Team program. By refining my knowledge in these areas, I may better position myself to be the best employee that I can be within this organization.

I plan to increase my CAI repertoire by sharing the knowledge obtained from Green Team to those who work around me. While working with folks in the ITC, I will incorporate knowledge learned into future conversation. By doing so, I hope that knowledge strengthens their understanding of the business and encourages them to provide exceptional service to our clients. The results of such motivation should increase the trust that exists between the ITC staff and me, thus well positioning me to increase my relationships with my colleagues and hopefully inspiring them to be allies as well; always striving to operate in the best interest of the company.
